What are the doctor's hours?

We are here Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m., Fridays from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. We do our best to see emergencies on the same day.

Can the doctors treat other things besides neck and back pain? How about knee, elbow, or shoulder pain?

The chiropractor at Deerfield Family Chiropractic can treat any joint or muscle pain. Examples include headaches, rotator cuff, tendonitis, plantar fascitis and hip bursitis.

Do the doctors treat children?

We often treat children for sports injuries and back pain resulting from a backpack that is too heavy. As always, if we feel chiropractic care will not help a patient, care will not be initiated, and the patient will be sent to the appropriate doctor.

Do you take MasterCard or Visa?

Yes. We also accept Discover and AMEX and are a ChiroHealth partner.

Do the doctors do acupuncture?

Yes, and often it is covered by insurance. We can check for you.

How long will my first appointment take?

The first appointment is usually 45 minutes to an hour.

Does insurance cover chiropractic?

More often than not the patient will have coverage. We will be happy to call to verify your benefits.

What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with over 100 HMOs and PPOs. If you fax or email us your insurance information, we will check your coverage.

What if my insurance won't pay?

We will be happy to work out a payment plan that will let you receive care without stressing you out.
